5.3 Service Validity: Services must be utilized within twelve (12) months from the date the Service Agreement is signed and payment is made in full. Unused services after this period will expire without refund.
5.4 Cooling-Off Period: Clients have a two (2) day cooling-off period from the date of payment during which they can cancel the Agreement and receive a full refund. Cancellation requests must be made in writing within this period.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Path Advisor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in question.
